Telephone Greetings |
|
Used commonly by all kinds of business, Telephone Greetings are voiced messages that may or may not include music. The content of these messages typically include information about the company the caller is contacting, promotional information, etc.
A typical main greeting will start with something like "You have reached the ABC Company..." Other greetings can range to full Message on Hold where the caller hears informational or promotional messages while they are waiting on the phone. |
